return policy : Online & Telephone Purchases Return Policy
This return and exchange policy applies to products purchased from HONEYCUT® online at honeycutofficial.com, or other official HONEYCUT® sponsored platforms including HONEYCUT®stores on EBAY, Etsy or Instagram. HONEYCUT®, provides refunds or exchanges for purchases made through HONEYCUT® official e-commerce sites.
Pursuant to the terms set forth below, HONEYCUT®will provide refunds or exchanges to customers who return products unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, with tags still attached.
We want you to get the right size and fit of your product!
In that spirit, we will take and make free returns/exchanges on HONEYCUT® official e-commerce purchases for up to 30 days, within the contiguous U.S., on any of our product that has not been worn and has the original tags still attached.
- Our extended exchange/return policy is valid for up to 30 days.
- Customer pays the return/exchange shipping costs and Honeycut will pay to re-ship the exchanged item back to the consumer as long as they are located within the contiguous U.S. For Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all International shipments, consumer must pay all shipping charges both ways.
- E-commerce purchases cannot be returned or exchanged via HONEYCUT® authorized dealer locations.
did we ship the wrong items, size, color?

- If we shipped you the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately @ (949)478-1960PACIFIC TIME 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. so that we may assist you with the return shipping process.
- Before you call, please have your order number available. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the issue.
- Soiled, worn, damaged or laundered items (including items with deodorant stains or dryer freshened items) MAY NOT be returned and WILL NOT be accepted.
- All Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
- All headwear, hat and headband sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
- All Clearance or Sale item sales are final.
- No refunds on Clearance or Sale items. Exchanges for the same item in a different size is permitted but customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only.
- Returns require 2-7 business days to process.
- If your item requires an RMA, RMA’s expire within 10 days of issuance.
- Merchandise must be postmarked within 10 days of RMA to receive credit
- Orders requesting a full or partial refund must be requested within 30 days of shipment.
- After 30 days, items may only be exchanged for another product or merchandise credit.
how to return or exchange an item
- With the tags still attached within 30 days from the ship date of an online purchase at HONEYCUT® official e-commerce platforms, please repackage in same eco-envelope. Please include return form, filled out with your return/exchange.
- Before you securely seal your return, please write original order number on the outside of return package.
- Shipping process
- Please use a courier who provides package tracking and basic insurance coverage.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid under one of the above parameters. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.
- Retain the return tracking number for your records HONEYCUT® will not be held liable for lost inbound packages.
We will turn around your return/exchange as fast as possible.
- Once your return/exchange is approved and received by HONEYCUT® , our standard time frame is 1-3 business days from our receipt of return/exchange. (It might take a little longer if you do not follow all return instructions).
- Customers will be notified via email when the exchange has been processed and the updated items have shipped or if their requested item is not in stock.
- Merchandise issued from a credit may not be returned for a refund. Customer may be responsible for shipping charges if it is deemed to be out of the published return timeframe.
