HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFO & DEADLINES
The holiday season is here, and with Black Friday falling
later than normal, the shopping window is shorter than ever! Shipping deadlines
are the last recommended shipping dates to ensure packages arrive on time for the
DEC. 25th holidays. Our warehouse will be closed from 12/21 – 1/7.
To ensure a smooth holiday season, we recommend checking and double checking our
shipping deadlines. In the event you need to return your purchases, you
have a hard deadline of Jan 10th, 2025 for us to receive
them back to the HIVE in California. No exceptions will be taken. We do not
process exchanges for sizes, so to ensure you get what you need, please
repurchase the item(s) you want and request the return at the same time. If you
wait for your item to be received back into the warehouse and then processed
for your refund, your desired item may no longer be available. Full credit is
returned to your original form of payment as long as all items are returned on
time, with tags on the garment, no marks, spots or visible wear and are
included in the original packaging. Please note: all previously “on-sale” items
are not returnable and are final sale.
