Refund policy


We have a 14-day return request policy. You must initiate your return within 14 days of order placement and we must receive your item within 30 days of order placement.

SORRY, BUT WE DO NOT FACILITATE EXCHANGES.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn/unused, with hang tags, and in its original zip lock packaging. The return paperwork, issued to you when your return is approved, MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE RETURNED ITEMS. Any washing, repackaging, retagging needed or no paperwork included, will result in a $3.00 chargeback per item listed. If your package is not received back within 30 days of purchase, you will also be charged a $3 fee. If it is 45 days or later you will not be refunded.

We only accept returned products that were purchased online at honeycutofficial.com.
  • PLEASE DO NOT USE UPS for returns or they will incur a $3.00 chargeback and a huge delay.

Submit a Return Request

All returns are processed via the website following these instructions. 
Please log in to your account by clicking on the profile icon, located next to the shopping cart icon in the store's navigation.

1. Log in to your account:
  • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click on Orders and select the order for which you wish to submit the return.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select all the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request Return.

6. When your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. This must be printed and included with your return.  

  • Please note: Purchasers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns. Shipping labels will not be provided.
  • PLEASE DO NOT USE UPS for returns or they will incur a $3.00 chargeback and a huge delay.

  • *If your order received free shipping status and you choose to return your order   in its entirety, a 7% restocking fee will be assessed when the refund is issued.
  • *If you received free shipping with your order and choose to return more than half of it, we will assess a restocking fee of 7%.

7. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your appropriate refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages/Product Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Sorry, but we do not provide exchanges at this time. The best and fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the size or color you need at the same time you are processing your return.
