Refund policy
- PLEASE DO NOT USE UPS for returns or they will incur a $3.00 chargeback and a huge delay.
Submit a Return Request
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click on Orders and select the order for which you wish to submit the return.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select all the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request Return.
6. When your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. This must be printed and included with your return.
- Please note: Purchasers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns. Shipping labels will not be provided.

- *If you received free shipping with your order and choose to return more than half of it, we will assess a restocking fee of 7%.
7. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your appropriate refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Sorry, but we do not provide exchanges at this time. The best and fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the size or color you need at the same time you are processing your return.
